A crushing eight-wicket win in Southampton was somewhat overshadowed by injuries sustained by captain Morgan and opener Roy.
Both left the field during West Indies innings of 212 all out and were moved down Englands batting order.
Neither were required with the bat, however, as Joe Root scored his 16th ODI century to see the hosts home with eight wickets to spare.
Morgan said: Im a bit stiff and sore, had a bit of a back spasm which hasnt settled down yet.
I get them two or three times a year and unfortunately its come now, hopefully it settles down in the next 48 hours. Jason Roy had a stiff hammy but hopefully we dont present serious injuries.
Rotation will be dependent on how everyone is feeling, well do a risk assessment. Ultimately we want to win as many games as quickly as possible to guarantee qualification.
We wont take anyone lightly and we will play our strongest XI if all are fit.
